Now I have been mulling this over in my mind.
Which Association to join and why ?
The BASC or the SCASC or maybe another. What would you recommend
and why ????

I'm currently with the BASC and have been for a number of years.
Thankfully I've never had to use their insurance. There are
mixed reports about their reliability when it comes to claims.

Ive only ever been with SACS. Like Cannon thankfully ive never
had to use them.
I think with BASC they can get you shooting opportunities. For
example if farmer is having trouble with crows/pigeons etc, he
may get in touch with BASC and offers it to local shooters.
Im sure Cannon can correct me if im wrong.

They do have a scheme whereby you sign up saying that you're
interested in performing pest control. If a farmer local to you
contacts the BASC looking for a pest controller, you may get a
phonecall requesting your services. I've never had anybody
contact me, but its probably because you don't have any farms in
Belfast lol

Give me a yell bud. Sacs individual membership is £40 per year.
Basc is £74 per year.
