Steel Shot through Side by Side

Hello All most of my shooting is Wildfowling which i use a
modern Browning Semi Auto for but have been interested in buying
a AYA no 4 or no 3 or Yeoman for bita rough shooting with my Dog
as i like the style of a good old fashioned Side by Side MY
Question is CAN you use these guns for moderate Steel Shot i
know they tell you nothing tighter than Half Choke but wanted to
find out if barrels on AYAs ok for steel Does anyone on forum
Use AYAs for Ducks ;)??????????

Standard steel shot can be put through any nitro proofed barrell
and any choke its only high performance steel you need to be
proofed for ..

Cheers mate was talking to couple gun dealers they told me
different tales But researched it on web same comment you said
as long as not tighter than half choke :)

I am shooting a 60 year old side by side have put 5000 steel at
lest as I just shoot steel it is 1\4 an3\4
