Hello,
So basically I really want an air rifle but not sure how to get
it. So I live in northern Ireland. I am only 16, however I have
a parent willing to buy me one. I really just want use it to
shoot targets and stuff and I wish it was as easy as ordering it
online. So basically what do I have to do to get one.
Extra Info: I have had a lot of experience with air soft (I own
a AK-47, a Shotgun and a sniper). I have had some experience
with other people's air rifles and I really like them
P.s I am posting this at 3 in the morning so I may not be able
to reply till tomrorow

1. When your 18 apply for a firearms certificate (£98 or could
be more in 2 years time)
2. Your need to get a farmer/land owners written permission to
shoot over their land or else join an air rifle club
3. Put a deposit on an air rifle from a firearm dealer and get a
bill of sale and send that in with your application (basic air
rifle set up £150)
4. Buy an approved gun cabinet and fit it in your house (£60-80)
5. Once approved by police once all check are done (could take 6
months if your lucky) then go pick up your air rifle
Unfortunately it's not as simple over here to get an air rifle
as it is in England
