which powder for 308 stalking

Hi I am new to reloading and am a little confused about the best
powder. I know it depends on a lot of factors but I would be
using 150 gr bulits and CCI large rifle primers, any
suggestions?

A lot of U.S. guys I know who shoot long range rifle use Hodgdon
Varget rifle powder and they swear by it. I don't load rifle
yet so can only comment on what they have recommended to me.

have you looked at gundeal reloading section. There are a few
dealers who stock Hodgdon, they may be able to source a tub or
two. Or recommend
another variety.

Vihtavuori powder the dogs balls if u can't find a powder from
them dudes to suit u may just set the barrel of ur rifle on a
breeze block and run over it with a land rover
And it comes in tubs of 1kg not them little silly 1/4 of a pound
hodgens tubs
Don't get wrong hodgons make good powder but most serious
longrange shooters around the world prefer vihtavuori
