Scope

Age old question but going to ask anyway, best scope for under
£200.
Usually work at 16x mag as it seems to work best for me, some
might say a bit much for an air rifle but something that goes to
14 or 16x mag, mil dot or similar.
Would like the MTC Viper but a bit over at £250
Any opinions...

I have a MTC Viper, MTC Mamba. Cracking scopes. Take a look
at a Niko Stirling Nighteater. I have that on my S510. Cracker
scope too.

Is there much difference in nighteater and viper. Is the viper
worth the extra.
Looking at the Hawke 30 or MTC Viper possibly. Want to get a
really good quality one this time with good clarity and like the
target turrets as I keep setting down covers for mine when
adjusting and leaving them behind.
They both seem to get really good reviews.

Are they still making them? They are hard to come by in 30mm
tube.

What about leapers heard they are well good scopes, anyone had
one.

I ve the 30mm tube, dont know if they are still making them
however thet are holding a good price, brillant on the
centrefire at dusk & dawn
I just sold a 6x24x50 to a lad you is hoping to get a rifle soon
Had a leapers sight before quite liked it however it was a copy
one of the Aliexpress UTG £40 jobs ok on 22lr

Could not find a new nighteater anywhere. Think they have
stopped making them, so splashed out and bought the MTC Viper.
Hope it lives up to all the good reviews and owner comments.
Class scopes apparently and used by quite a few HFT guys and
they know their scopes, hopefully.

I use a Mamba for HFT. Good clear scopes.

Just received scope, clear as a bell, parallax is pin sharp on
range right down to 15yds and lower well happy so far,
definitely a quality bit go glass.
As usual a wee bit of advise needed. Fitted scope and pellets
are hitting on top of each other at close range but they are
hitting at the bottom of the scope picture, how can i adjust
this up closer to the cross hairs without using the turret
adjustment, we are talking nine or ten mil dots at 15yds on 16
mag????
Prob an obvious answer but had a busy week in work and brain not
working too well at the minute.
