Should the baffles rattle in a moderator? just a small rattle,
they are not bouncing about all over the place.

Ive never had one that rattles mate. Id def open it up
and see whats going on.

There shouldn't be any baffle movement at all. As Snap says open
it up and have a look around. If it's a Parker Hale moderator it
may have been incorrectly assembled. If it's a SAK moderator the
end cap may not be fully tight.

Baffles a bit busted and from before when gun had not got the
barrel internal support. Shooting straight now but went back to
the original Daystate moderator and its alot quieter than
previous now the internal support is on. Also alot shorter than
other moderators.
All good just scrap this one.

Those baffles are scrap. New mod or baffles on the cards.

Yes Cannon have a Daystate Airstream Mod on now, does the job
nearly as good as the broken one did so it will stay on,
actually looks better and makes the gun a bit shorter.

You say you will scrap the old mod but as you need to send in a
firearms app to get one I would think you would need to get it
signed off and not just throw it away ?
