       17HMR ammo

Just seen another thread (CZ17hmr misfiring) where there seems
to be a problem with 17HMR ammo, cant get consistent groups.
Just wanted too start another thread to see if anyone else has
issues with bad groups from a 17hmr as i was going to get myself
one but now been put off a bit and reconsidering.

You could always consider .22wmr, the .17 parent case. Not as
flat shooting as the hmr, but with the 30gr v=max and a 90 yard
zero you would be about .5" high at 60 yards, and about 2" low
       at 120 yards.
I had looked at it when I was buying my hmr, but the general
opinion back then was that hmr was more a bit accurate, can't
say if this is true or not. My hmr is shooting about 1" groups @
100 yards. I don't head shoot rabbits, so it works well for me
       out to 125yards.
