Think i've broke my new Air Arms s510 HELP!

Got a new air arms s510 xtra, was shooting it tonite in the shed
just doing some target practice, was cocking it and i dno if i
let go of the bolt or something broke but the bolt went forward
and a puff of air went outta the barrel (it all happened so
quick) and now my gun wont cock. I got the bolt back far enough
to get the magazine out, but when you try to get it back now to
cock it just comes back a bit and then hits something hard and
you cannot cock it.
Anyone know what could be the problem?

HI check there are no pellets stuck in it, maybe you double
loaded it, if you have a cleaning rod put it through it, great
gun hope you get it sorted Cheers artie

Filled it up not the problem. And it's pulling the bolt back and
it won't go fully back u can close it up no prob

Does the bolt pull fully back with out the magazine in ?

Nope. U can't even get it back enough to get the magazine in now

Take it back to the shop , get them to repair it if its new..

Yea thing is he is only open 2 days a week. Goin to ring air
arms in the morning encase it's a simple fix
