Enjoying my CZ455 since getting it last week. I find the bolt a
wee bit tight. Not in the horizontal pull back and forward, but
when seating the handle at the end of the action.
I expect it will loosen through time. Should it eventually feel
slick and loose (ish) Also, I keep it in a plastic bag when
stored, should it be oiled or greased before use?

The bolt will loosen itself with time, so no need to use oil or
grease as they can catch bits of grit etc and cause more wear. I
spent a while cycling my bolt repeatedly when I got my CZ to
loosen it up. Worked a treat.
