recently bought and day scope adaptor kit off ebay, price made
this option the choice for me, 265 got me a 4 inch lcd screen,
pulsar adaptor and cctv camera lens, charger (general terms)
then 40 for a good t20 torch, used it only once for rabbits and
could seen them easily just had no luck that night and been busy
ever since, could make out cows and sheep easily in the field
glancing around at the gate as well. only downfall makes rifle
heavy, purchased from ebay

Made my own for about £160-180 bought bits over a few months
then put together a bit crudely but works well.
Watch video on youtube bought the parts and away you go.
The lead to the IR camera on mine broke so just need a new lead.
Works well out to over 100-150yds

I built my own and personal the quality u get for less than
£1000 isn't worth the hassle.
If u want to do it Rite sate £2000 and buy a gen2+ and never
look back. Turns night into day with wide field of vision.
My nv I made has been turned into a spotter for foxing.

Spending that amount for an air rifle would be madness, its
range would not justify over £1000 never mind 2.
If you are looking to spend a few hundred then Nitesite Viper
for £450 approx or something similar would be best for air rifle
ranges.
