Looking a PCP with adjustable power settings?

Wondering what PCP's is out there that has adjustable power
settings because i find myself being asked to shoot birds in
sheds and by BSA is running at 28 ft/lb and its just a bit
overkill and penetration. So i would like something i can set to
12 ft/lb for inside sheds and turn up to 30 ft/lb for out in the
field. What all guns are my options? Btw im looking to buy new.

They look to be dearer than a s510. Would they be any better of
a gun?

Its the S510 with the single air cylinder. I didn't like the
look of the twin cylinder.

Neither do I really. But it's advertised to do double the amount
of shots and it's only 300 grams heavier
