Interesting........
Fast track application to be turned around in 5 working days or
less.
Cant understand how it can take upto 6 month and beyond at
present , yet overnight it will change to 5 day turnaround......
Makes you wonder how long your application actually sits on a
desk while the processing officer eats doughnuts !

Aye Thompy they seem to be doing away with the one on one off at
the RFD. Maybe after the trial period it will revert back to
it. As long as the five day turnover works it should be ok . I
THINK lol

Umm well other than paying more what are we getting,, yes they
will turn things round faster, all this proves is they could do
that now if they wished to....banded system so what,, will not
apply to cf rifles.ie no 5 day turnaround??..rimfire is rimfire
only any use at sensible range so WD you really be chopping and
changing.....note they are now quarry specific....lose one
on/off now have to wait 5 days.......so what's the improvement
what am I missing........
Would have much preferred slots like England where you could get
firearm when u wished as long as slot is approved..........

Where's the bit about it being quarry specific or have I missed
something?! Because they're going to need alot of extra sheets
in the forms if they want me to write precisely what every gun
will be used to shoot (ie anything that's legal to do so!)

the .236 up to 338 should be allowed for fox, dead is dead, if
the boys have the deer rifle they should be allowed to use it
for foxes the same as in scotland and england and in the south,
