Deer permission is like hens teeth over here. I know a few
farmers who have deer on their land but will not sign permission
slips to allow someone to shoot them. It seems a lot of lads
from here are skipping the pond to Scotland in search of deer
shooting permission.

Fox lu I was in the same boat I asked lads that have been
stalking for a long time to help
Me out in returni would take them
To permission I have in Galway but they wouldn't help, it took
me 2 years to get written permission. I was struggling to get
written permission for a 22 250 recently but I have now got
sorted, all you can do is keep trying that's what I done

Same as above really. I got more knockbacks looking for deer
ground I thought I was never going to get my fac application
away. They just didn't want to know when a stranger landed on
the street. Eventually it turns out I knew sum one who knew sum
one and then the ground started to flow in. You will get there.
Just be careful of farmers telling you there place is coming
down with deer and it turns out it was 2years since they last
saw them lol.

Just lifted my trail cam from one of my permissions this
morning. I got 97 pics and vids of deer in the last fortnight,
so we'll happy.
