       As long as they aren't expanding ammo or explosive/incendiary
       tipped then should be legal enough?

       These bullets are used extensively by the best. Much in use by
       IPSC comp shooters, they are very clean and are an alternative
       to a copper jacket at a fraction of the price. By the way.....
       You need to flare your brass more when reloading, that's why the
       blue coating is being stripped off. Stick with them.
