Richter Optics are a cheaper brand of scope. Like you, I know of
people who have been running them on rimfire rifles and PCP air
rifles for ages without any problems. It could be that the scope
you have is defective, but in all honesty I wouldn't expect a
Richter scope to perform flawlessly on anything that recoils. I
have seen a BSA Lightning chew one up in less than 6 months. Not
being a scope snob here by any means as I use Hawke scopes
myself that aren't exactly expensive. What type of mounts are
you using? This could be the cause of the loss of zero.

my father had a similar issue with a richter optik 3-9x50 on his
cz 455.. zeroed it nicely, took it out again and was shooting 6
inches low even with the height turret turned up full... took it
to the RFD who had a look at it, stripped it all off the rifle,
put it all back on again and its working fine now.. I have one
on my cz452 and not a bit of bother, has held zero no worries.
but tbh I'll be looking a different scope once I get the money
up, would advise on doing the same.

review u read everyone will say the vortex diamondback is up
there with Swarovski for clarity with the glass quality and are
actually made beside Swarovski
