any of you lads wi howas do you all have picatinny rails for the
scopes or do you use bases? do remmy 700 bases fit the howa?

Yea mine came with a picatinny already installed.
Did Anyone ever hear about issues with the rail not being on
perfectly straight? At the minute Im just about out of windage
clicks!

my scope is not holding zero now at all, im thinking of getting
rid of the rail and just putting bases on

picatinny on mine. are you sure the scopes not the problem?

scope is na holding zero but with the scope i have it sits far
too high on the rail, thinking of changing to bases and get a
different scope and get it as close to the barrel as i can, the
scope thats on it is a bushnell pro yardage and it sits far too
high on the rail

Aye the Nikko sterling that came with the package was a good
15mm clear of the barrel on mine as well. Changed to low Leupold
mounts & a S&B scope which sits a lot neater on the gun but I'm
totally to the right with my windage.
I tried swapping the mounts around but it seems to still b the
same.
Ill take a different scope with me to the range the next day for
comparison.
