hello im thinking of going for a air rifle i do a lot of
shooting with the shotgun dos any 1 no any shops decent prices i
was looking at 1 in toome but seems on the dear side im in
belfast any info would be great thanks.

I got my air rifles at Maryland in Belfast. Keen prices and he
normaly has a selection of used air rifles. Are you thinking
about a precharged (pcp) rifle??

It depends really on what you are planning on shooting 1 shot.
If its for rats, rabbits & pigeons you will get plenty of decent
air rifles for say £300. If you are getting into FT or HFT then
the sky is the limit with guns costing maybe £2K.
Springers are single shot & are cheap to run, but if you want a
multishot PCP you will need something to fill the air cylinder -
either a stirrup pump or a divers bottle.
Ask plenty of questions, a few of the lads here are big into
their air rifles.

Another Vote for Maryland ! Billy will do you a good deal and
keep you right .. I have bought a couple of air rifles of him ,
the latest one being an AirArms S510 FAC .22 . Really nice
bit of kit

Not trying to hijack a thread here, but what is Marylands
opening hours? I've called at least 3 or 4 times when passing
and its closed. Does he only open evenings?
