not happy with cz 452 seers DANGEROUS

Well was fitting my trigger kit to my cz 452 and I was having a
good look at seers and we'll there bolocks who ever passed this
trigger is a incompetent fool.
The upper seer is slightly rounded and lower one has a square
edge yes this is normal BUT the square edged seer is resting
just on the start of the rounded seer thus not really a flat
face to face seer contact, which it should be for safety.
I bump tested and it went off with the first 3 springs in my kit
yes the hardest one I put in took a brave knock to get it to
release but no harder than say you dropped it from waist height.
I will get the needle files out tomorrow and fix it but I will
get a few pic up before hand to let you see.

How was the trigger before you put the trigger kit in? Did it
fail the bump test?
It sounds to me like you need to take the gun to a competent
gunsmith and have it checked. You don't start to a sear with a
needle file to cure a rounded edge. A carborundum stone is the
most abrasive thing you should have near a sear.
What you may well succeed in doing is making the gun dangerous
and, since you'll most likely be behind the gun when you're
holding it, it may result in someone else being injured - or
worse.
Trigger spring kits account for more dangerous guns in the
public domain than any faulty gun that left the CZ factory.
Fitted by a competent person, they are fine, but I have seen
some very dodgy work carried out on CZs in the past.
Take my advice Geoff, leave the needle files in the toolbox.

Don't worry I'm a professional windows cleaner I have done seers
before.
Needle file to shape and and finish with stone last ruger I did
I found emery paper was the best for finishing very fine emery
of corse.
I'll show ya pics when done it will be better and safer than
from factory.
I had fit parts into ejector seats in work files stone emery
vernier that's all I do so if I'm let loose on a ejector seat
I'm bound to be good to reshape a seer.

Geoff,
If you're going to file a sear, you would need access to
Casenite or similar case hardening compound. You WILL break
through the hard skin and this will leave you with an edge which
is prone to wear.
It's your gun however, so ensure it's thoroughly tested
afterwards - not just with bump tests but (probably more
importantly) also slam tests.

Won't be taking that much off to go through the hardened outer
metal.
I'll be beating it with a rubber mallet all directions and bump
testing.

No slam testing I know it won't go off after I get at it with
the 9" grinder and have the seers sitting perfect.

Had a look at the seers today and we'll there ducked who ever
worked them has took so much metal of the trigger seer does not
go far enough forward to fully catch the second seer.
which means I can not reshape or do anything as there is no
metal to play with.
With original spring if I hit the button hard a few times it
goes off.
Ordered a timney trigger for it £130 gonna get one for my. 223
aswell
