the gun dealer useally dos all that through a fax if your going
to do 1 on 1 off with a dealer.

Is that just for shotguns or is that for rifles of the same
calibre also?

Did they not change it lately so u can change rim fire rifles of
the same cal with the one on one off system?

As far as I know any RFD can carry out a one on - one off
variation and they notifiy the PSNI. Must be like for like, ie
bolt for bolt, semi for semi and same calibre (except for rifle
banding system).
