       Air Rifles, how to get started?

       Im looking to get involved with an air rifle club of some kind.
       I wud like to know how to get a license and where to join, any
       info r dirction wud b much appreciated thanx. I live in county
       down outside ballynahinch

       Quite easy to get started.
       The licence (FAC)
       1st thing u need is to
       go to a gun shop and pick an air rifle. Pay him
       a deposit for it and he we will give you form to
       fill in. U will need to get a landowner/farmer to
       sign a form to allow you to shoot over their land.
       The firearms branch will contact you to tell you to
       install a gun cabinet. Once you have it installed
       they will send someone (feo) out to check it is fitted
       securely and may ask you the odd question.
       Air rifle club. There is only couple of air gun clubs In
       NI. There is 1 just outside Castlewellan most Sundays.
