well last night of the ducks just getting the kit ready for the
last flight ,yesterday morning we got a pair of teal one each
afterwards we sneak up on the geese and were able to bag this
one

he looks as if his heads a different colour than the rest of him

then a few hours ferreting before we went to one of the best
night flights this season having walked ducks off every day for
the last 2 weeks when feeding we knew they would be back so 3 of
us headed down for the flight and with the mallard coming in
first we bagged 7 and 2 teal although we only retrieved 5 and 1
we will get down later to get the others before the evening
flight

went out this morning for the geese and they came no were near
us ,so they live again to be there for next year ,hope you all
have a great end to the season and continue to feed your ponds
as the weathers going to get worst before the breeding season
thought for today ...if your season was poor or below the
normal.... well what can i do to improve it for next year
should it be more feeding ,new hide ,better habitat what ever
your thoughts remember them and at so point action them ,it
might be the difference between 2 or 3 extra birds
