Buying a shotgun from another person.

Seen a shotgun I like and wanted to know the steps on how I can
purchase it.
It's 12g for 12g. N what would be the next step? Go to a local
rfd? Then what sort of proceedure is involved?

Should be a straight forward one on one off get the gun home
with you that day then you have notify psni
