SACS news

Sorry to bring you bad news, but Tam Parker passed away last
night after a period of illness.
Tam was a SACS member and volunteer who you would have seen with
the team at Moira over the last three years. He lived in
Glasgow with his wife Donna and daughter Joanna.
If you are a regular on Pigeon Watch, you may have had a chat
with him, as his forum name of Vulpicide.
He had a special interest in Terrier work and was heavily
involved in the National Working Terrier Federation both in
Scotland and Ireland/N Ireland.
Even with his special interest in Terrier work, you would have
found that, in conversation, he had the time for absolutely
anyone who passed through the various SACS tents/exhibits over
the years, regardless of their own interests in countrysports,
His humour, compassion, interest and approach, putting you ease
instantly!
As a SACS volunteer/committee member, friend and mate, he will
be sadly missed!

Sad news. I didn't know him personally but I recognise his forum
name from PW. Condolences to his family.
