I know of one lad that registered with the basc a couple of
years ago and he's never heard tell them.

Got a response from BASC today, they said they overwhelmed by
interest...
I asked to be removed as it was a bit far and was only prepared
to travel if they couldn't get anyone else...

Noticed that basc ni have allocated basc members only to shoot
the Castlederg problem.
Sorry, what I meant to say was, that three basc members have
been allocated to shoot the Castlederg rabbits.
Does this mean that the "Castlederg three" are experts in their
field (haha) or that there weren't that many rabbits about in
the first place?
Not sure how you get "allocated", other than that you have to be
in the basc.
Their names by the way, are listed on the basc ni Facebook page,
that's the names of the rabbit experts, not the names of the
rabbits.
Sorry, didn't get out much today and cabin fever has set in.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think, that with all the talk
of firearm security, it's not the most sensible thing to have
your name and the fact that you shoot, broadcast on Facebook?

Yip 100%. I'm even cautious about what I put on public forums.
Wouldn't dream of putting shooting stuff on faceache.
Ya can be sure that the PTB are keeping an eye on tinternet and
so are bad lads looking to suss you out, what you have, where
you live etc.

I try and keep all my info on my guns off social network sites.
Even though not everyone will see it the word of mouth gets
around and people talk
