Me and a load of mates meet up for a clay shoot, starts off
nicely organised and soon descends into chaos ;D tho it's not so
much a clay shoot as a "empty your gun cabinets and make as much
noise as possible" day lol

nothing planned as yet, have to be at home this year so couple
of hours dander see if any woodcock about then home for dinner
and a top up of beer

Hope to get out for a shot with the Impala SA now that I finally
got the barrel off, cleaned, oiled and put back together
again.FFs dont think it had been cleaned before, needed a hammer
piece of wood and some very gentle tapping to get it off. May
tackle the trigger unit after New Year and clean and oil it,
thats if its put back together right!! Wish me luck. ;D ;D

One of the estates that we shoot is absolutely overrun with grey
squirrels, so for the last number of years, the airguns come out
on Boxing Day morning for a stroll round to account for a few of
the little bushy tailed boys.
A thoroughly enjoyable, back to basics kind of shooting, and an
outing that I always look forward to.

every year i plan to follow the local hunt with a friend as i
dont drive ,
every year we dont make it as were normally hungover and still
drunk
