has any1 ever seen one of this ducks I heard that they been seen
on lough neagh in the past years but never seen 1 myself.

I seen a pair of them on the river bann at portglenone the year
of the hard frost. 2010/11 think it was. They were completely
tame and were eating frozen bread that folks had left for them.
Even the wild mallard would have ate out of your hand.

I think its because they will breed with another species of
duck.

theirs still some about then. its jus I was talking to man the
other day, I was telling him I shoot lough neagh and his eyes
light up then he asked me do I see them. he's looking 1 for
taxidermy has being looking one for years.
