Powder & primer storage

Sorry if i'm going over old ground guys, but being new to
reloading i want to know what are the LEGAL requirements
regarding the storage of powder and primers? I'm assuming it
should be under lock and key (apologies if i'm wrong), if thats
the case would an ammo safe be suitable?

Correct storage for powder is in a wood box/chest with a lock.

Thanks Geoff, is that a legal requirement or just good/safe
practice? What about primer storage? Do they need to be secured
to a wall?
