I have used both the Parker Hale and the SAK. I find the
performance similar having used them with .22 subs - the SAK
however is lighter and shorter and I therefore prefer it to the
PH.

Ive got a PH on my 22 and its perfect, as quiet as any mod ive
seen for a 22 tbh. Only ever puts subs through it.
