TODAY !!!! another first!!!

Well I started the morning off at the crows. But as usual the
farmer over exaggerated the number of crows. I had twelve in an
hour and then they dried up. The farmer asked me to tie them
upside down to the trees. So that wasted another hour. Then I
thought to hell with it im going to dander about and do a bit of
rough shooting.. went to the next permission and dropped a grey
back a magpie and a few crows. Found a drain.. and walked it. Up
jumped a pair of mallard. Bang...bang.... I couldn't believe
it!!!! My first ever mallard ducks!!! And a left and a right lol
I was o er the moon. Im still grinning lol. Excellent day out..

Plucking thems a pain in the hole lol. Its in the oven now so I
hope its worth it :)

Well done on the ducks jimbo. my first ever duck was a l&r at
mallard too! Looks well plucked and definitely the way to go
with your first!
