Any good suggestions on how to justify 5 12g shotguns on the
same licence?

Yea thinking along those lines tho would like some technical
shit to baffle them eg barrel length for increased accuracy,
difference between game and sporter guns etc etc

Do you need one specifically to use over wetlands so you can
only use steel shot in it? Steel is supposed to rip the insides
out of a less robust sets of barrels.

I've 6 and the last time mine went in it had to go upstairs to
be passed but as the boys say make sure you put it in writin
what you want each one for but I'll be honest you don't really
need 6 different guns and also shootin so many different guns
isn't good for your shootin, get a couple of good guns that you
can multi task with and stick to them and your shootin will have
better results

You can never have too many guns! One day I hope to have more
guns than I have pairs of shoes! On second thoughts, I probably
have :D

I've 4, a semi for clays, a side by side for game shooting,
another semi for vermin control and a 3.5" magnum 12ga for wild
fowling, and there's another one on the way at some point next
year I hope lol As long as you can give valid reasons for each
it shouldn't be a problem, assuming they're not all identical

Dog keeps chewing my shoes - I have tasty sweat.
I love the bit in the NIO Guidance where it says (a good
reason) 'should be neither confined to need nor equated with
desire' - referring to Article 5 paragraph 3 of the Firearms
(NI) Order 2004.
