Could go very interesting for your FAC, shooting things and not
knowing what they are... Lol
There's muntjac near Armagh (seen one myself) but before anyone
loads up and starts looking permission I'm talking about 1
sighing in the last 7ish years, and that's with me being out 2/3
times a week for most of that time. even if I saw one I wouldn't
bother, let them get the numbers up. As for wild boar I've heard
rumours, saw something once which made me think but can't
confirm, tho there's talk of them escaping from a place down
south and moving north, who knows :-\
Anyone know the legal calibre a for muntjac etc anyway? Am I
right in thinking any .22 centrefire?

Never heard of any munt cozing car crashes in this country in my
life time lol
And besides they should be protected until the number need a
season for cull, the protect badgers and them buggers coz more
problems than enough & there's loads of them!!

Chid that's a sika mate, white spot on the back legs is how you
can tell, I know there was 6 roe released in Tyrone but they
didn't last 3 weeks!!!

The deer in the picture is a sika. You can tell by the white
metatarsal gland.
