Make sure you have had your licence for at least a year and ask
someone else to sign for permission on rhere land hilly rolling
land is the best I personnel look aroind at land I have
permission for and ask the farmer with the most back stops to
       sign it.

I tend to agree, the land remains the same regardless of calibre
       - this logic however doesn't always apply to land checks.
Across the water guys have been refused 308's but granted 223's
etc - it's hard to see how the land is deemed safe for one and
not the other. Why exactly was the land refused? - is it due to
the topography? or are there roads/dwelling nearby?

Sharpshooter, that's what I thought, but my Fao said the. First
time I asked that my first land was only ok for 22lr nothing
more ::) so I looked for land with backstop around it, all of
the backstops are not directly in my fields but there in the
next, and there big back stops, but they said no, I'm lost

Just of the phone from the Fao, my Fao was not the one looking
at the land, as its not there district, so they said its because
of the road + it backs on to forest , wtf I mean every were u
get roads houses , they told me they refused some other fella
who had 230 acre of land , because there was a railway passed
through a small part at the end lol it's simple dont bloody
       shoot near the railway FFS

The thing is, the law says that your bullet mustn't leave the
land where you have permission to shoot. Having backstops on
neighbouring land is no good to you.
