       Hi lads
I'm making a dog box for the back of my van I want it to hold
two springers. I'm making a shelf on top, probably angle iron
construction with mesh infill, any ideas what the best size is,
I might include a dividing gate to keep dogs seperate?

Not just buy a big cage . Easier probably cheaper .. Friend of
mine had one in the back of his jeep . Split compartments and
all made it himself he's a joiner as well as a game keeper ..
Seen mine in boot and bought one next week cause his was to
       heavy bla bla ...

I have a dog box the will easily hold two springers that I would
sell, it's made of hard ABS with two cadged front doors that
lift up, it can be divided in the middle and there's a floatin
floor in it that lets water through to stop wet dogs lyin on a
damp floor, this floor is removable too for cleanin etc. it's
approx 60" wide by 18" high and 24" deep. it's too wide for my
jeep or I would be sellin it,
       I paid £250 -- i'd take £110 for it,

here's one with my dogs in it, it's NOT the length I said it
       was ffs that was 5ft wide -- it's about 3ft X 2ft X 2ft approx
-- you can get an idea of its size from the pic
