60 gr Hornady vmax - home rolled.
Any 223 round will kill a fox - if its hit in the right place,
its just a matter of what bullet your rifle likes.

Any bullet will a ballistic tip or soft tip will stop a fox on
the mark as they are designed to be extremely frangable on
impact and expand their energy fast.
Hollow points and flat faced bullets are for larger animals deer
boar etc as they are designed to hold together longer to reach
vital organs through thicker flesh. < boring I know....
Go for the most accurate plastic/soft tip bullet your rifle
likes I use 55g sierra spitzer bolt tails with 22.3g of viht
n130 which has gave me 3 shoot group of 8/9mm and a 5 shoot
group of 14mm so im sticking with these bad boys. :)

Fiochi make goot shotgun carts so should make good bullets.
Find the 50g are the best weight for me and most of my friends.
Best factory ammo I have tried is the sako arrow head 3 shots in
       the same hole at 100m
