       Local news Report - dead red kites

       Last nights news report stated that a forth red kite had been
       found dead in South Down area,  circumstances unknown, since the
       start of this year.

       It really is a shame that these birds are be persecuted, despite
       being a big bird their feet are small and they would rather be
       eating carrion,  yet people don't see it like that,
