Forms for applying for a FAC

Just thought I would post the links on here for applying for a
FAC (Firearms Certificate) just in case anyone doesn't know
where to get them from.

Good question SS but unfortunately the PSNI have locked the
PDF's from allowing people to 'sign them' meaning we could use a
simple tool on Adobe to add in your own text. They have even
gone to the trouble of password protecting the stupid thing. So
even if I was to get hold of the software I still wouldn't know
the password! You could screen shot the text and use Word text
boxes to fill in each one if you so wish but that's more time
than it is worth. Best thing to do is to print one off, fill it
out and scan it back into your PC, saving each one as a separate
file. This means in future all you gotta do is print off the
file/image of the scanned item and away you go. Bit like
photocopying the thing.
Note - I have actually managed to take the pasword off, and
before anyone starts slabbering on her, no it's not illegal for
me to do this. It states this clearly only as to what I am
doing! Leave it with me and I will work with it and get you a
way to be able 2 sign it

Yeah I totally agree with you it would be 10 times better for
them as it is easier then to scan instead of say them typing it
all out etc etc.. Gone PM me your e-mail addy and I will send
you the PDF of the land owner without the password on that and
see if that lets you edit it on foxit reader
