We zerod in the high Vs the last time we were out n they were
bang on every shot. Will the sibs be just as accurate? hit the
mark every shot? It'll b mostly rabbits ill b going for if I get
my fac.

I think most will agree both have a use,
High v (fox maybe but mostly plinking)
And subs for hunting rabbits
American Eagle are around 20 for 400 rounds and
Good subs come in at 5 per 50
Ive shot around 2000 high v for targets and I thought they did
ok
Apart from the noise difference, I would recommend you buy 50 of
each
And give them a go always best to make up your own mind :)

never got on well with subs personally, wasnt too worried about
being super quiet and i preferred the longer range of high v's,
best i ever found were cci stingers, first day i used them i got
a magpie in the head at 75 yards, another magpie chest shot over
100 yards, and two quick chest shots into the same rabbit at 120
yards (using a semi auto ruger 10/22). the rounds are about
double the price of standard ammo (£6+ per hundred) though
theyre still half the price of 17hmr ammo.
if id found that ammo before i bought a 17hmr i probably would
have never bought one lol

does the sub make a big difference to the hunting?? Been out a
few times foe the rabbits and when the high vs missed the
rabbits were that dafts they stood in anyway. Anyone got
experience with this? Does the sub make that much of a
difference when out for rabbits.

They are just a lot quieter, and do not have the range of a high
v
Mine is zerod with subs to 80 yards

Not really that much of a difference tbh ive seen DC shooting
rabbits with the 17hmr and rabbits in to the one he shot still
sitting about lol ;D

THE POINT of that last post is that the noise doesn't seem to
make that big of a difference lol
