I went for a shotgun first I was told they were easier to get
and that if you already have a gun it makes getting a rifle a
little easier to get not sure if its true but the shotty is what
I'm most interested in so I'm happy either way
10 weeks fs hopefully it comes through pretty soon for ya

She hasn't checked mine, she interviewed me with questions that
could of been done over the phone but I say it was to see what I
was like. 3weeks tomorrow since she was out buy said it'll take
around 3weeks. Fingers crossed just. Phoned one of my
permissions.about a week ago.

It's crazy how long it takes I was working in Miami last week
got talking to a guy and he says over there they do the same
kind of checks except you will have your licence in less than 24
hours

Here its just "jobs for the boys" have three cups of coffee or
tea and a few biscuits, then type a letter of a word, and start
on tea/coffee and biscuits again. Plus recheck everything from
scratch (they don't seem to have heard of computers) and that
explains why it takes so long

I've herd that if you make it to the interview stage then your
pretty much home and dry because if ya weren't gonna get it they
would not set up the interview any1 no if this is true
