What would you recommend in the line of semi auto 22's Dougal.
Is it Ruger all the way? CZ and Remington I think both make semi
autos also maybe anschutz as well, but they're probably silly
money.
I'm thinking about maybe trading in the hmr. Id like something a
bit quieter after dark.

The rememington 597 is a great semi but if ya what to change
your good look now and again then the rug had it hands down.
Just keep the mag clean and don't shoot cheap rounds.
This rugar is sweet but if it was mine I would just up grade the
moderator.

i always found the synthetic stocks left mine a bit front heavy,
but defo a nice ruger :)
