first fox with the .222

got this vixen last night, id seen a big dog fox in this area so
was out after him, he never showed but spotted this vixen from
the hedge at the top of the hill behind me. didnt have time to
move to a better position to get prone or lean against the hedge
as she was moving towards some bushes, so had to take the shot
standing, was about 100 yards :)

Good shooting! Seen one in the hedge line today but by the time
hotshot got the chance to aim it was away. Then seen a dead on
in the field around it with a hole in its head.

thanks, ive been out on it at least once a week for the last 6
weeks, mostly clearing out pigeons and crows (theres hundreds,
and they havnt been shot in years lol) but all ive seen is the
big dog fox i mentioned, he's a smart one, and lucky as well - a
couple of times he would have been stone dead only i had a
shotgun with me instead of the .222 :-\
