I was very kindly invited out 2nte for a bit of bunny bashing
by a good mate of mine who happens to be a good friend of
Shootni.
We went to a local farm as they were being ate out with
bunnies and wanted them taken care of.
Myself and another mate had .17hmr's with us and Sharp Shooter
had his .17hmr too but also brought along the Big Girl ( .223
Howa ).
We took a walk round a field or two and took some nice rabbits
out with the .17hmr.
As we were making our way back to the A-team van we spotted a
brace of rabbits at approx 350 yrds away ( If not more ) and
this is where the Big Girl comes in. Sharp Shooter set her up on
the shooting sticks and he sent one of them fine bunnies into
bunny heaven with one FINE shot...
We couldn't step it as it was across two hedges and a big
ditch. We put it down to about 350 yrds at least. It just goes
to show how good of a piece of kit the Howa .223 is and how good
a shot the Big Man is... Top shooting SHARP SHOOTER...

well here i am part of the A-team, as lamper md has said it was
a wonderfull shot, all we heard was the thump that lets you no
whatever it was is not moving with the .223 bullet hitting it..
to be honest outta 250 rounds through the gun one shot of 350yds
is not bad.. at first when sharp shooter fired the shot, myself
& lamper md looked at each other an said that was some shot..
but little did we no another guy stepped outta of the hedge
about 100yds away from the rabbit we believed sharpshooter shot
and walked up an lifted it so the truth be told.... after all we
decided the guy with the .22 fired at it at the same time so he
claimed the shot........ hardluck big man your good craic but ur
a shite shot..... ;D

We ALWAYS take the guns seriously when we're using them but as
you say Brendy we have a good bit of craic too...
