well after a couple of failed attemps at getting snap out
shooting something other than a metal/paper targets it finally
happened this morning at 415 ,we went to a farm that I have
permission on (horse / cattle farm ) outside Hillsborough
starting in the first field we both line up on the first bunny
having both missed at 80 yds with our first shot I quickly got
it with the second annoyed at ourselves we went abit further our
shooting got a lot better well snaps did as I let him get most
of the shooting, only now and again showing the child how to
shoot , after working out holdover and stalking skills snap soon
filled the bag with 16 rabbits and a greyback
All these went to good use between feeding bussards and foxes
and then taking him around the different ponds and splashes we
have for the duck season finishing with a look at some fox cubs
I ve been feeding
Great mornings shooting the craic was mighty ,hope you enjoyed

Some cracking shots took this morning from both of us. I enjoyed

were they are they are safe lol farmer wants them to sort
rabbits ,however once they leave that field they are fair game
