Anyone have any clue why this gun is not available in the UK.
emailed loads of shops said they only stock the black synthetic
       version. WHY???

probably cos it looks super gay?? :P
lol only messing. maybe the importers dont think theyd sell
well? if youre looking a camo pump action that wont break the
bank theres a few other options (apart from buying a black
winchester and getting it camo painted/dipped or wrapped in camo
       tape)
  HTML http://www.saddleryandgunroom.co.uk/gunroom/sg_shotguns_mossberg.php
mossberg do some (ive the 535 model in black, 3.5" magnum, good
       gun)

       - (clearer pics
       here)
hatsan escort pumps come with some nice camo options too
  HTML http://www.benelliusa.com/shotguns/benelli-supernova.php
benelli nova's come in camo, and shouldnt be too expensive
       either?
does it definitely have to be a winchester? i handled one in
tannyoky last year and if im honest i wasnt too impressed with
it, felt light and plasticky, would give you a sore shoulder
after a while. ive owned several mossberg pumps and a semi and
can guarantee theyre good guns; have a hatsan semi at the mo and
my friend has a pump model, heard plenty of scare stories about
them but so far feel like good reliable guns, no problems, and
they have a 3 year warranty. benelli's are ok, i had a nove for
a week once, good gun but i couldnt get on with it - nothing
wrong with the gun itself, im just too used to mossbergs. hope
       this helps :-\
