shot with a few guns over the years 303, escort , fabarm , and
up untill last night a beretta 391 loved it had very few
problems with it up untill the last few months when it was 1
thing after another so last nite i traded it in for a beretta
686 special u/o think i will miss the 3 shots and sumtimes i
needed that 3rd shot ::) :D have a lanber o/u mayabe threw
time i would like a browning maxus , best killing gun i ever
shot with was a 26inch escort i mowed down everything that came
my way i missed very little with that gun but it was a pile of
dung i went out 1 day and it fell apart in 2 bits whilst
shooting with it had it fixed and within a week it was broke
again so parted company with it

monkeyboots I've a Maxus grd 3 and I love it, I've had it about
18 months and it's never missed a beat ! it's very fast handlin
and light I've even shot it one handed (havin a piss) and still
got the pigeon shot :) if you ever want a shot outta mine I
can arrange to meet you at a clay shoot around Hillsborough or
Moria sometime

Hi lads,
I've had a browning 323? Grade 1 for 20 years now, always a
browning never a beretta!
Then a couple of years ago, I turned to the dark side and bought
a beretta semi 303? It's absolutely class!
Still use both equally and very happily!

303's are brilliant auto's, I'd a 303 supersport with the ported
barrel for 16 years and it never failed me -- wish I could pick
up another mint one somewhere now, I keep it for my son (maxum3)
when he started to shoot but it didn't suit his wee baby hands
lol so I sold it and bought him a 686 Sporter O/U that he grew
out of in a year too.

I shoot with a beretta 686E ou, cz 452 17hmr, daystate harrier
.22 and have also got a baikal ou and zabala side by side..
lookin to get a semi auto but not sure what to get. like the
look of the winchester sx3 and berettas..

hey Robbie, welcome to shootNI :D if you're lookin for a semi
auto look no further than a Browning Maxus ! I've had Beretta
semi's for over 25 years but a few years ago I bought a Brownin
Gold Sportin Clays which is the dogs balls but heavy for field
shootin unless you're in a hide and @ over 8lb 6oz it's far too
heavy to walk up with so I bought a Maxus, well it's by far the
easiest gun I've every shot in my life, no recoil and soo easy
handled, when I first got it I shot clays with it and we ended
up shootin it with one hand for the craic simply because we
could, easy stripped with the O/U style forend and comes with
several shims to alter it if needed, I like mine so much I hate
to take it into the fields incase it would get marked. If you

In my cabinet at the minute i have a miroku MK38 trap grade 5,
browning 525 sporter, BSA superten bull barrel, air arms pro
sport, daystate huntsman midas and the new daystate wolverine
303.

Whats the Daystate 303 like ? Your the first i have heard to
have one .Watched a review on them seem a powerful air rifle !!!
