'Pink Slime' (BLBT)

So, this is apparently a huge problem in the USA, and I was
wondering what everyone's opinions are on it.
Pink Slime is a beef product manufactured through centrifugation
and the use of Ammonium hydroxide, to kill bacteria. It's used
up to 50% as a beef filler, but is essentially between 94% and
97% the same as normal lean beef.
In my opinion this is a legit way of 'filling' a burger. And the
people who think otherwise are somewhat ignorant as to the
process, and are just dragged along on propaganda by, for
example, Jamie Oliver trying to sell his own shit.
