Here's my SAME response. You obviously don't get the point of
the thread I posted. The whole idea is that you agree to the
given terms and if they are followed you are unbanned and as
long as nothing happens (which doesn't say its going to happen,
in case you haven't clued in).
Then that will completely prove that hawkys was wrong, this also
includes if he bans someone else, bring proof that he did indeed
ban someone and after being analysed he could also be proven
wrong. If Hawkys is proven wrong then we abandon ship on him.
It will be asked he loses ability to ban etc, control of the
channel. If he ruins games etc then he will be banned from
games, and so forth. This situation goes both ways. Like you
said "well was the ban on me valid or not fuckface?" prove it.
Hawkys claim was you were a menace to the community.
EITHER prove his point WRONG OR RIGHT!
The credibility was that he was in the channel fine and clear
the moment you were claiming he was banned. So no I didn't use
hawkys word for it.
This looks REALLY bad on you because while hawkys has agreed to
unban you and your bot (thus giving you the right to screw him
and prove yourself right) you are repeating the same none sense.

PLACE YOU FUCK. Hawkys did ban both me and Sidey, and whatever
reason he gave to justify it - it doesnt justify it. Will you
really accept that he in the future bans other people he
subjectively claims is a "menace to the community?" WHY were I
banned? And WHAT are you gonna do about it. The fact that I'm
unbanned, and got unbanned 2-3 times already proves that he was
wrong to begin with.

This isn't a court, this isn't a real life trial, ROFL. This is
B.net and everything is completely different. Obviously things
can be handled differently, as well. This is a fair way for both
sides to show there case (which is what a court should be like).
Why were you banned? I already said - you and sidey were claimed
to be menaces to the community with several others backing, not
just hawkys. Thats why there is an appeal. How is a court
decided who's guilty or not in the end - THE JURY. You won't
cooperate with this. Someone who fights and fights against
proving themselves not guilty more and more makes them look like
guilty, which is STILL not what I'm saying you are.

Menace is someone who brings only negative to the community -
someone who would be better off banned. You were unbanned
because that's hawkys part of the DEAL! Wow Retarded. Help me a
prove he's a Hitler and I will fully support against the hitler.
You breeze by things I said through almost all of your posts,
how many times do I have to point them out. "Are you saying
Hawkys subjectively claiming someone is a menace" I said it
wasn't only hawkys. More than neppy as well.

Ok Nmcdo.
If I am a "menace to the community" and got banned for that
reason - then why am I unbanned now? If that was a valid reason
to ban me then why did I get unbanned 2 hours later. The fact
that I got unbanned instantly by itself proves that whatever
reason was given to ban me was invalid.
Therefore we can conclude that the ban wasn't justified and
something Hawkys only did to retaliate against me/sidey calling
him out on spambotting.
In addition, since when did "a menace to the community" become a
valid reason to ban anyone? Are you seriously saying that Hawkys
subjective definition of who is a "menace to the community" is
something you accept as a basis to ban anyone from the
community? Is this how you're gonna run your clans? A random
claim from anyone without any evidence to back it up is enough
to permanently ban someone? And the only way to get unbanned is
for the ACCUSED to present evidence of why he's not guilty?
Update:
Hawkys part of the deal is to unban someone who only brings
negative to the community? Why would you unban such a person to
begin with? Doing that is almost more disgusting than randomly
banning someone for flaming. Why would Hawkys has to enter any
kind of deal to unban someone who only brings negative to the
community? Your arguments is so fucking retarded bro.

Hawky isn't the cop in your example. Hes the racist who just
shot 20 black people in a church and managed to convince his
braindead redneck friends to shoot the FBI agent claiming he
committed the crime. Grow a spine, do you really accept banning
anyone in this community for something a low-IQ kid claim
they're gonna do in the future? This community will rot in the
ground under your spineless leadership. I don't give a fuck
about osas or ST but I was planning to play some this summer -
but if im banned because a retard says im gonna be the next
hitler and you accept it then I'm just gonna have to sit on the
