Can't connect to EU

Hello, this is Jonte if anyone remembers me.
I'm trying to connect to battle.net but I can't connect to eu
but I can connect to all other servers. This is the message I
get when I try to login to the eu-server: Unable to connect to
battle.net server. You may be trying to connect to an invalid
battle.net server. If you are using a modem you may need to
manually connect to the internet before you can connect to the
battle.net server.
What could the problem be? I'd be so grateful if somebody could
reply :)

Are you using a WC3 client or with a bot? If the latter, make
sure you are using the latest IPs. europe.battle.net, should, in
theory, work, but if not you can try 213.248.115.11.
If you are trying to connect with the former, I'm not sure. It
could be possible, maybe, that you are IP banned or CD-Key
banned. You can confirm this by trying to use a bot.

I am using a client. Tried to connect the bot and then I got
this message:
[11:43:48 PM] Connecting your bot...
[11:43:48 PM] [BNLS] Connecting to the BNLS server at
phix.no-ip.org...

[11:43:49 PM] [BNCS] Disconnected.

[11:43:50 PM] [BNCS] Disconnected.
[11:43:50 PM] [BNCS] You appear to be IPBanned. The bot will
attempt to reconnect again in 20 minutes.
[11:43:58 PM] All connections closed.
So obviously it says that I am IPBanned but seriously, how weird
isn't that? It's been ages since I played this game. Maybe I am
being banned for a little while cause I've been trying to login
too much in a short time?
Thanks for replying!

Ye that will probably work since it seems like I am IPBanned. I
can login to battle.net using my neighbour's network but I have
very low signal to their network so my ping would probably be
around 1k lol... Got to change my IP somehow.

Generally disconnecting your modem for long enough should be
fine. Some ISPs might require you to be offline for a while, so
if you can do it overnight that'd probably work.
Otherwise, you can also try calling them and getting your
network reset somehow. Asking for an IP change probably won't
work, but getting them to reset for some other reason may be
possible.
