Creating teams?

Alph4bet said it! We should start making our own teams and
challenge/battle eachother. There are lots of people who are not
always online but always ready to play.
First of all I thought we try to make our own teams but since
people refuse to play in teams where they can probably lose it
is senseless.
So maybe everybody signs in another thread I AM GOING TO MAKE. I
hope everyone participate, I want a tournament where you just
win the honor of everyone else.
What is your opinion about it?

Players would be better because teams get stacked too easily.
But if it works with teams it would be much easier..
