Coloring forum names

Just an idea. I don't know how much power you have over
developing this forum.
Colored underlines below our names to represent post count in
the shoutbox!

Do you mean like in the shoutbox? That is definitely possible.

No, and I don't advise that idea either.
Is it possible to underline our names and color the underlines
according to how many times you post in the shoutbox?

Why would you only want the underline?
But within the "Color in online list" option, using SMF 2.0.2
(and I assume later), you can use
--- Code ---
;border-style:solid;border-width:0 0 2px 0;border-color:green
--- End Code ---
in the field. Replace "green" with any color (or #rrggbb/#rgb
for more specific options).
