a gentle breeze brushing on him through the window as he looked
at his homework for the weekend. Various things were still
stiring and stewing in his brain as he got to work.
Kibishi Takeuchi tapped his fingers against the desk while
looking out. It felt nice outside, it was kind of tempting to
just head out and leave for a while, go for a run to clear his
head.
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: As he worked, he had some music on
and subtly moved to the beat as he worked on his homework. The
thoughts in his head wwere of what happened yesterday, Friday.

background. Just by their arrival, Kibishi had already seen the
various school cliques move and bend in ways they hadn't in the
time he had been there. Not to mention, the sixth suicide in a

at the ceiling, before exhaling and standing up.
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: As Kibishi begins to stand up, he
hears a distinct sound to his left, /vwooring vwooring/.

Kibishi Takeuchi picked it up, who even had his number?
Kibishi Takeuchi answered, ''This is Kibishi Takeuchi, who's
calling?''
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: As Kibishi asked who, it came to
him before they even spoke. Everyone who had his phone number
(very few people) had a unique ringtone sound for each of them.

covered in Velvet, a man with a Crooked nose, and his two

can remember.

old anime or something?

ethier don't remember them or they end...oddly, this didn't fit
any of my dreaming patterns

Kibishi Takeuchi deadpanned for a moment, personal? It was hard
for him to keep track of a lot of these details, they weren't
exactly in his direct line of interest, but... regardless if he
was this serious about it, it made sense to at least try to
piece things together.

hear his little sister, Akane, being noisy in her room, doing
any number of things maybe.

Kibishi Takeuchi turned his left to her room, plugging his left
ear and trying to pay attention; He'd deal with that in a
second.
Kibishi Takeuchi hit the mute button on his side, walking
towards Akane's room, ''Hey, tone it down for a sec-''
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: Kibishi heads towards Akanes room,
hearing her halfway down the hall as usual. By the time he got
to the door he could actually make out what was happening-- she
was in a loud discussion of sorts with Hamura; you overheard
something about a popularity contest.
Kibishi Takeuchi opened the door, unmuting his phone for a
second, ''One second dude, You guys practicing gymnastics in
here or something?''
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: Akane :: Hamura is saying I
wouldn't win a popularity contest over her. Like, hello? Most of
the people at school think you're me, Hamura.

Kibishi Takeuchi snickered a second, ''You guys talkinga bout
this sounded like an earthquake was happening.''
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: Hamura :: If you had a personality,
sure. But most people at school just know you as 'the super
annoying one'.
Kibishi Takeuchi :: Wait, hold up, you guys were serious about
this?
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: Akane ticked her head to Kibishi.
"Hinata from school is doing a poll to see who in our class is
the most popular, and the least popular. She's asking eeeveryone
and getting their opinions."

you do one thing someone doesn't like and you get chastised for
it, less freedom.

important nii-san. People actually flock to you and want to be

-used- to be Akane's best friend; the two of them did everything

forward. "Akane's best friend. She ended up becoming more
popular, and threw her to the curb like yesterday's trash."

story she told of being the sister of this super celeb. It was
totally fake, too.
Kibishi Takeuchi raised an eyebrow, ''See, just avoid people
like that.''
Kibishi Takeuchi :: You can be friends with one of them for an
hour, but people outside the spotlight will probably actually
want to be your friends for more than a day or two.

popular, big bro. And apparently, so does Hamura-- thinking
she'd be more popular then me!

click of her tongue. "It's not that I care about popularity; big
brother is right, popularity doesn't matter. But you're being an
imbecile if you think I wouldn't win over you."

before laying back in her bed.
Kibishi Takeuchi waved, ''I'll be over in a sec, Near.'' heading
out the front door, peering towards the main room of the house,
he wanted to slip out of here pretty fast, less interaction with
his parents, the better.
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: Before Kibishi even reached the
front door he heard footsteps in the kitchen, and the sound of a
bottle. His mood shifted a bit as he knew already who was
rummaging. Mother.
Yumeko Katagiri has plugged in!
Kibishi Takeuchi looked towards the kitchen, before just heading
for the front door, this was going to be what they called an
'Unavoidable encounter' by game mechanics.
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: As Kibishi reached for the
doorknob, he heard her voice. "Sure, Kibishi. Just ignore your
mother. You always do that anyway, don't you?" she said.
Kibishi Takeuchi stared forward, ''I'm heading out to help a
friend with this weekends assignment; but I'll spare the time,
did you have something important on mind or did you just want to
start an arguement?''
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: She let out a somewhat disdainful
snort. "Make sure you stay safe. Come back before Midnight." she
said.
Kibishi Takeuchi blinked, still staring forward as he tied his
shoes, heading out the door without a word.
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: Kibishi could hear the sound of a
bottle popping open as he left out the door.
((OOC)) Samantha Montegue :: Kibishi could hear the sound of a
distant, loud car in the distant streets.
Kibishi Takeuchi looked down the road towards the noise, last
thing he wanted was to get flattened two steps out the door.
